Tweetheart frame

I have another fun project to share.  At a recent crop I was at we were all given a plain wooden frame and told to decorate it with just the supplies we had.  I hadn't packed much extra stuff, just supplies for what I was working on.  This is what I came up with for my frame.
The word "tweetheart" is from the 3 birds on parade cartridge and cut out of brown vinyl.  The yellow bird is also from 3 birds on parade cartridge.  I cut the cage from the Serenade cartridge and used a couple of pop dots to "pop" it up a bit.  Of course I had ribbon, the paper was a couple of scraps I had hanging out in my bag.  I used my favorite signo white gel pen to add some highlights and wah-lah......  The frame will hold a 3X3 photo.

I am currently working on some new magazine submissions, one for a Birthday idea book and one for an issue of Cricut Magazine using the  Freshly picked cartridge.  I'll post the projects if they aren't picked.

Happy Crafting friends!
